Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in poker activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at registration and may be requested at any time. We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to any individual at our sole discretion.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for any activity carried out under your account. Viet Nam Poker League may suspend or terminate membership where information is found to be false or where these Terms are breached.

Players, guests and staff are expected to behave with courtesy at all times. Cheating, collusion, soft-play, chip-dumping, ghosting, electronic assistance, harassment and any form of discrimination are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification, forfeiture of chips and prizes, and removal from the venue. Further sanctions, including a permanent ban and reporting to the relevant authorities, may be applied.

Poker is intended to be played for entertainment. We encourage members to set personal limits on time and budget, and to seek support if play stops being enjoyable. Self-exclusion requests are honoured promptly and may be made to any member of management.

VietNam Poker League complies with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism regulations. We may request the source of funds, refuse a transaction, or report suspicious activity to the competent authorities, in each case without prior notice to the player.

By participating in events you consent to photography, video, live streaming and commentary at the venue, and to the use of your name, likeness and chip-count for promotional and editorial purposes related to the club.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VietNam Poker League is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or damage to personal items left unattended on the premises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
